New music should be coming soon!!! Chris, Jeff and I have been jamming together again, and we got some new stuff that we've been working on. We're first gonna try it out at some open mic nights and stuff, but it shouldn't be long till we get it recorded. Till then, feel free to listen to what's there right now!

I hate classes. They really suck. No, seriously, like they really, really suck. Especially when they are at 8 in the morning. Stupid morning classes. At least class ends next week. But that won't be soon enough. Stupid class. But then come exams... yay...

Anyways, Chris and I are playing again this weekend for another banquet. Though this banquet is bigger, and we're playing for somewhere around an hour. Yet Chris and I still need to do lots more work on some songs, but I can never find him to jam. Oh well, I'm sure it'll work out anyways.

Well, feel free to have a listen to the tunes:

So Chris and I finally saw Matt Good play the other day. It was pretty awesome. He played in the campus theatre, so it felt like a lot more private setting than a large stage somewhere. That feeling was greatly enhanced by Matt playing by himself with just his acoustic acompanying him to the stage. He certainly has a great voice, and playing live didn't diminish his sound what-so-ever. I was also pretty impressed with his rhythym guitar playing.
Speaking of concerts though, Chris and I are playing again tonight. Its just a half hour piece for a banquet that one of the towers in our residence is holding. I don't know how many people will be there, but it could possibly be the largest crowd we've played for yet. But it should be pretty good, definitely looking forward to it. Hmmm... I should find Chris soon so we can tune up before hand...

No new tunes up, but there's nothing wrong with re-listening:

Yo. So there was this little talent show in the residence that Chris and I are staying in, and of course Chris and I had to enter ourselves in it, as we like performing and getting our music out so that people can hear it. We ended up playing the peices that we just recorded: Winter Solstice and Painted Men (Painted Men will soon be up on the site). But, despite a few mistakes that we thought were pretty bad, we ended up getting the first place!!! Yay! Its the first time that we've won anything out of our playing - but the first place prize included, among such things as a tiara, two tickets to a Matthew Good - Solo performance here at the university!!! So thats pretty awesome. Also, we might have told a few other people to put some music on Dmusic, so there could be new members, which is always good.

But yeah, I'm excited now to see Matt Good play!

Now, if you've actually read all of this, you obviously have enough time to check out some of our tunes http://everyman.dmusic.com

Later dudes.

Well, reading week is over, and I can't actually say I did much reading at all over the break. But Chris and I did do some recording. We (more like mostly Chris) also played around with the recording we have of Walkaround and managed to clean it up quite a bit. So now it doesn't get buzzy, and the volume stays a little more constant throughout the song. So have yourselves a listen to that. Also keep checking out the site, as the songs we recorded will be going up sometime in the near future!

Midterms suck. I hate them.
